At Role Model Official Store, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
